I don’t believe in promises. Because in the end, they’re eventually broken..
still alive but i'm barely breathing.
I’m still shaking. I just can’t believe that happened. I just want to hit my head against the wall, because it was an act of stupidity. What was I thinking? Clearly I wasn’t; I fucked up. That guilt in my gut, the flashbacks I remember, that scream—at that split second— still resonates in my ears. I’ll eventually forgive myself. That’s the last time I try...
